- リンゴ １個
- バター 10g
- 砂糖 大さじ１
- シナモンパウダー 好きなだけ
手順
1. スキレットに、バターを半量塗りつけておく
2. リンゴをまず４つに割って芯を除いて、5~8mm厚位にスライスする
3. リンゴの皮側を下にして、スキレットに並べる
4. バターの残りをちぎるようにしてリンゴの上に散らす
5. シナモンパウダーを心ゆくまで振りかける。
6. 砂糖を全体的にかける
7. バーベキューの鉄板の端っこの方で、砂糖が融けて、リンゴが半分透き通るまでじっくり加熱する
8. バーベキュー開始すぐから焼き始めていれば、食後のデザートにちょうど良い完成
