うちの食べざかりの娘も大好きなマカロニさらだです。
材料（６人分）
- マカロニ ２００ｇ
- にんじん 小１本
- きゅうり １本
- 卵 ３個
- マヨネーズ 大さじ６〜８
- クリーミーごまドレッシング 小さじ１
- 塩 小さじ２
- 胡椒 好みの量
作り方
マカロニを茹でるための湯を沸かしている間に、にんじんを千切りにする。
気分によってはスライサーも使う。
きゅうりは薄くわぎり。
にんじんときゅうりに塩を振ってよくなじませる。
マカロニを、袋に書いてある時間とおりに茹でる。茹で上がったらザルにあけ、よく水分を切る。
卵を固茹でにして殻を剥いておく。
にんじん、きゅうりを軽く搾る。
材料を全て混ぜる。
器に盛ってかんせい。
コツ、ポイント
クリーミーゴマドレッシングは隠し味程度のほうが良い
うちは電子レンジでゆで卵ができる道具を使っている。めっちゃ便利！超おすすめ！！！
隠し味にマスタードやカレーパウダーを入れても美味しい。けど、あくまで隠れる程度がよい。
