梅雨入り前の初夏の時期、ウチの畑の枝豆は、収穫のピーク
朝露の中どっさり抜いてきて、家の作業場でひたすら莢もぎ。
テレビなんかじゃ株を刈り取った端から莢も一気にもぎ取る機械捥の映像をよく見る。
でも、ウチのような小規模家族経営農家にはそんな中古ベンツより高価い代物は導入されることはない。
もっと大規模化したならば機械化もありだけど、枝豆に関してはそこまでするつもりもないようだし
小規模農家にとっては腱鞘炎のリスクと隣り合わせの手捥枝豆。
でもペタンコや瑕の莢が人の眼で徹底的に避けてあるから、消費者にとってはかなりお得だと思う。
更に直売所なら、農協や市場を経由しない分、鮮度がぜんぜん違うから。
する少なくともウチは、収穫当日、遅くとも翌日午前中には店頭に並べているからね（自慢）ウザっ
ビールのツマミ需要を狙った大規模農家さんが大量に出荷してくる前に売り逃げられるように、後もうしばらくは枝豆を毮る日々が続きそうです。
